J’ai été soigné par Madame Selz pour un lumbago aigu. Le résultat a été très positif en 9 séances . Je remercie cette thérapeute pour la qualité et l’excellence des soins reçus ainsi que pour son écoute vis à vis du patient .

En visite à Genève j’ai eu le malheur de me faire mal à l’œil accidentellement. J’ai été impressionnée par la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai été pris en charge par une infirmière, elle a commencé à évaluer ma situation car je m’inquiétais. Après seulement 10 minutes d'attente le médecin est arrivé, m'a posé des questions et a décidé de réaliser quelques examens. L'équipe médicale a été à l'écoute et m'a expliqué chaque étape, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. J'ai vraiment apprécié le professionnalisme et la bienveillance du personnel. Finalement, j'ai été soulagée d'apprendre qu'il ne s'agissait de rien de grave et je suis repartie avec des goutes et des conseils utiles. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience.
