Restaurant Zur Mühle is a romantic place that not only does serve amazing Swiss-style dishes but also offers a unique experience and breathtaking views of Swiss mountain peaks. From traditional food like fondues (try the champagne-truffle fondue), different Roesti plates, special Fondue Chinoise’s, to mouth-watering meat dishes (we’ve had the best ever Chateaubriand here), the menu offers something for anyone - from kids to adults. Their wine menu offers a huge selection of unique and special local rarities that you can’t find anywhere else. But what makes this place really a place to come back and back again is the amazing hospitality: the owners, family Welti with Ariette, Peter and Silvio, are the most friendly hosts that you can wish for and their staff and team can’t be topped in friendliness and attentiveness! Die Speisen im Landgasthof Schönbühl sind exquisit und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gibt zahlreiche vegetarische superfeine Gerichte und vor dem Essen versüsst ein Amuse Bouche das Warten. Zum Kaffee werden feine Sablé gereicht und die Desserts muss man unbedingt probieren. Der Empfang und die Bedienung sind so herzlich, dass man sich rundum wohl und willkommen fühlt. Hier wird noch mit Herz und Leidenschaft gewirtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Pizza Prosciutto crudo mit Mascarpone eine Entdeckung für Feinschmecker. EINMALIG ! knusprig und einfach anders… Piccata mit Fettuccine Weltklasse. 2 Sterne Guide Michelin wären angebracht.
