Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.

Il Ristorante Orologio a Lugano è una vera perla per chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello in un ambiente elegante e raffinato. Fin dal primo momento si percepisce la classe del locale, con un’atmosfera curata, sobria e accogliente, perfetta per una serata speciale. On the banks of the Cassarate River stood the Osteria del Porto, which over the years has earned the title of "Antica" (Ancient). Its centuries-old history dates back to the nineteenth century when it was a landing point for goods from barges. An Osteria, yes, but different: in tones, colors, and signs. A menu proposal between innovation and tradition, with the lake and mountains blending and meeting in the menus of Chef Domenico Rezza.
