La cucina è eccellente: ogni piatto è preparato con grande attenzione ai dettagli, ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti ben studiati. Si mangia davvero molto, molto bene — dai primi piatti ricchi di gusto ai secondi raffinati, tutto è all’altezza delle aspettative. Anche la presentazione è impeccabile. It is open in the evening for events from 7 p.m. , with prior booking, for aperitifs, receptions and dinners, from 12 to 80 persons. The Salotto di Lugano... since 1803.

Grotto Monte Creda is located in Villa Luganese, surrounded by greenery at the foot of the «Denti della Vecchia». We offer traditional Ticino cuisine, with homemade dishes and local products. Summer specialties: grill, mushrooms – Winter specialties: wildmeat, saddle of roe deer. Large car park, panoramic terrace, banquet room for events and a playground area for younger customers. Reservation appreciated. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
