About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes. In addition to our passion for good food, we also care about health and well-being in general. We cooperate with various yoga studios, support football clubs, support the Cancer League and offer space for creative courses. Ich hatte keine Ahnung von Peruanischem Essen. Da ich gerne neue Sachen teste wurde ich aufmerksam auf das ausser gewöhnliche Ambiente. Nun wurde ich so neugierig das ich es Testen musste, hatte über den Mittag Zeit und sowieso Hunger. Ich wurde Herzlich empfangen und bedient, mir wurde köstliche Gerichte gezeigt und welche sie empfehlen zum testen. Ich war so überrascht wie lecker das Essen war. Unglaublich gut, empfehle jedem dies zu kosten! Ich werde definitive wieder gehen. Vielen Dank, weiter so Alegria👑

Lovely cozy friendly restaurant. Popular with locals . Excellent food, wine and service. On a visit from England and made to feel very welcome despite our poor Deutsch. Thanks to Hotel Seegarten for a first class recommendation!

Das Restaurant war bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebucht. Mit unserer Reservation für 7 Leute hat alles geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter sind SEHR freundlich und unsere Bedienung war trotz voller Bude, sehr aufmerksam, gastfreundlich und speditiv. Wir mussten nicht lange auf das super leckere Essen warten. Preis/Leistung stimmt auch. Genau so möchte man als Gast ein Restaurant-Besuch erleben. Weiter so!

Sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen. Hausgemachte Pasta usw. Scharfe, selbst gemachte Sauce unbedingt probieren. Kommen bald wieder. ❤️
