English Version The Domaine au Point du Jour is located below the town of Mont-sur-Rolle, 300 m from Lake Geneva. Founded in 1924, this vineyard human scale remained an exclusively family estate. Winemakers from father to son, we grow the vines in traditional method, while adapting constantly to technological developments. A cellar was created in 1963 in order to produce the wine in better conditions. It consists of coated steel tanks and oak. For generations, it is important for us to respect the surrounding wildlife. All our wines are produced according to ecological methods certified by the Vitiswiss label. Our vineyards are cultivated in a "mid-high" system to promote weed and mechanization of labor. We also make sure to limit production in order to obtain only quality wines. Each year, we are so excited to offer our customers a range of wines with varied and interesting varieties, composed of white, red and sparkling. At Dawn, we are also proud to cultivate rare and precious varieties such as Auxerrois. Some have also received awards on the occasion of tasting contest. Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux , Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations. The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The winery Union Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt. Capacity: 80 people seated and 100 people for cocktails - Access for people with reduced mobility. Our hall is ideal for : Seminars, Training courses, Conferences, Company outings, Committees, Wedding aperitifs, Birthday meals, Souvenir glasses, Tastings and cellar tours... Also discover our specialties, our Chenin blanc sec and our Bulles de Lavaux, brut de chenin in traditional method. To complement our whites, reds and rosés complete our range. Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Assemblage aged in vats and barrels. Finally, we offer our Swiss Bulles, carbonated alcohol-free grape juice.

The family estate The estate is about 9 hectares and consists of vines that are both owned and rented out, under the appellations “Perroy”, “Mont sur Rolle” and “Féchy”. The “chasselas” is in the majority (60%), growing alongside numerous specialities such as “sauvignon blanc”, “pinot gris”, “viognier”, “cabernet sauvignon” and “merlot”. In our cellars you can find this diversity in fourteen different vintages. Harvesting is done by hand in order to guarantee quality work. The wine, from the producer to the consumer, is a guarantee of its origin and authenticity. Lavaux Expérience Out on the vineyard terraces, with their breathtaking views of the lake, the vines and the mountains, you will have the opportunity to find out all about the winegrower’s work through the changing seasons and to spend around 1 hour putting your newly acquired knowledge into practice. Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region. To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
