Our chef, with extensive experience in Italy, presents simple and refined dishes of regional Italian cuisine, which incorporate old, typical recipes from Italy (Liguria, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Lazio and Sicily…) and translate them for our Swiss customers, both in preparation and presentation, for whom the quality of the raw materials, the origin and the freshness of the food are of utmost importance.
