Riesen Building Technology AG took over all 3 employees. Son Andres successfully completed his first apprenticeship as a roofer at LWB in Bern in 2006. After his apprenticeship in 2007 as a plumbing installer at Chapuis & Zürcher AG in Bern, he deepened his professional knowledge for another year. In 2010, Andres successfully obtained his 3rd Federal professional title as a heating specialist in building technology planning at Haustechnikplanung Abbühl in Spiez. To gain further professional experience, he also worked at Böhlen AG in Bern. In 2010, Andres joined the company at 40%. Since 2012, he has been acting as managing director. He is supported by his dedicated, long-standing plumbing and heating installers as well as a trained roofer. Als Mieter in einem Mehrfamilienhaus kann ich die Milu Casa GmbH nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Unternehmen ist durchweg positiv. Die Milu Casa kümmert sich um alle Belangen des Gebäudes und sorgt dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Egal, ob es um die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche, die Wartung der technischen Anlagen oder die schnelle Behebung von Problemen geht das Team ist immer zur Stelle und reagiert prompt. Besonders schätze ich die transparente Kommunikation. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wird man immer zeitnah informiert und erhält kompetente Antworten. Technisch gewandte Arbeiter. Nicht akzeptabel: wechselt ohne Zustimmung vom Mieter, Teile aus, die von der Liegenschaftsverwaltung nicht genehmigt wurden. Nachträglich werden diese dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt. Erhaltene Aussage: Wir dürfen das machen bis zu einem gewissen Betrag, auch ohne Bewilligung von der Verwaltung. (Aber die Rechnung muss der Mieter zahlen? !). Leider nicht vertrauenswürdig
