Technisch gewandte Arbeiter. Nicht akzeptabel: wechselt ohne Zustimmung vom Mieter, Teile aus, die von der Liegenschaftsverwaltung nicht genehmigt wurden. Nachträglich werden diese dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt. Erhaltene Aussage: Wir dürfen das machen bis zu einem gewissen Betrag, auch ohne Bewilligung von der Verwaltung. (Aber die Rechnung muss der Mieter zahlen? !). Leider nicht vertrauenswürdig

Unter anderem den Bad Umbau, den Einbau einer hochwertigen Entkalkungsanlage und Arbeiten im Bereich Wasserversorgung und Abwasser.
