Swissterminal is a long-standing company, fully integrated into DP World since March 2025. As part of this global network, we offer integrated logistics solutions covering the entire supply chain – from terminal operations and container services to intermodal transport by rail, barge, and road. Our Locations & Services: We operate terminals in Switzerland and Alsace, efficiently linking the region to major seaports, particularly Antwerp and Rotterdam. Our services include container handling and storage, sales and rental of new and used containers, repairs, modifications, and reefer support. Our depots in Frenkendorf, Basel, and Birsfelden offer large storage areas for empty and loaded containers. In Frenkendorf, we also operate a warehouse for conventional storage, picking, and additional value-added services. Intermodal: With regular rail links – especially in the Basel area – we provide reliable, eco-friendly transport alternatives. Our own barge services from Basel, Birsfelden, and Ottmarsheim ensure direct access to Europe’s main ports. Reefer & Special Solutions: We maintain, clean, and repair refrigerated containers on-site and provide storage options for heated tank containers, flatracks, and reefer units to meet special requirements. Container Sales & Rental: We offer container sales and rentals for various uses – from global transport to temporary storage or custom conversions. All units are quality-checked before delivery to ensure your safety.

We realise shopfitting solutions – from permanent fixtures to pop-up stores. With our own carpentry workshop, we ensure short processes, flexibility and consistent quality in every step. Everything we build is designed for everyday use, built to last and used throughout modern shopping centres across Switzerland. In addition to retail projects, we also work for private clients and public administrations – and since 2024, in the field of recycling solutions from ET+D Egli Trading & Distribution GmbH, which will operate under the LAFAG brand from 2026 onwards. We build custom-made wardrobes, shelving systems and display cases that integrate seamlessly into existing spaces – functional, durable and crafted with great attention to detail. Our bespoke pieces are produced in our own workshop and are used primarily in Basel, the Basel region and the Dorneck municipalities. We are a Swiss family-owned business with a well-coordinated and experienced team. Many of our employees have been with us for decades – one of them for 44 years. This wealth of experience from countless projects flows into our work every day and has done so for over 50 years. With strong roots in the Basel region, we are well established in Basel, the Baselbiet and the communities of the Dorneck area. Ich habe 2014 ein kleines, portables Radio gekauft. Bis gestern funktionierte das Gerät einwandfrei. Habe kurz angerufen um zu fragen was ich jetzt tun kann. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich am besten mit dem Gerät im Geschäft vorbeikommen soll. Gesagt getan. Nach kurzem inspizieren des Radios durch den Fachmann, what man einen defekter Akku festgestellt. Ich wurde darüber informiert, dass man den Akku ersetzen könnte. Aber das Gerät sei nicht DAB tauglich und würde nicht mehr lange Sender empfangen. Ich habe mich trotzdem für einen neuen Akku entschieden, da ich das Radio gerne habe. Der Akku wurde sofort getauscht. Nun läuft mein Radio wieder wie früher. Danke vielmals. Wenn dann keine Sender mehr kommen, kaufe ich einen neuen bei Ihnen.

Herr Ritter hat mir einen Reifen gewechselt. Und Ausgeliehen. Ab gemacht waren 50 € .Plus 50€ Sicherheit. Als ich mach 2 Wochen wie ab gemacht den Reifen zurück gebracht habe mit einer Flasche Rotwein. Verweigerte mir Herr Ritter die Rückgabe, der Sicherheit von 50€.. zuviel aufwand. 100 € für 10 Minuten. Bei uns Auto binner habe ich 30 € dafür bezahlt. Also nicht zu empfehlen.
