Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Soledruck bei der Wärmepumpe. Herr Gutaj von der Firma Felix hat prompt auf die Anfrage geantwortet und war auch innert kürzester Zeit vor Ort. Perfekte Diagnose des Problems, sodass die Leute von der Wärmepumpe aufgeboten werden konnten. Somit konnte mit minimalem Aufwand das Problem an der Wärmepumpe innert nützlicher Frist gelöst / geflickt werden und wir hatten über die Festtage warme Räume und warmes Wasser!
