Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Soledruck bei der Wärmepumpe. Herr Gutaj von der Firma Felix hat prompt auf die Anfrage geantwortet und war auch innert kürzester Zeit vor Ort. Perfekte Diagnose des Problems, sodass die Leute von der Wärmepumpe aufgeboten werden konnten. Somit konnte mit minimalem Aufwand das Problem an der Wärmepumpe innert nützlicher Frist gelöst / geflickt werden und wir hatten über die Festtage warme Räume und warmes Wasser! Wir mussten bei uns diverse Armaturen ersetzen lassen, da diese in die Jahre gekommen waren. Die Beratung vor Ort war super und vorallem ehrlich (man wollte nicht einfach etwas verkaufen). Ebenfalls war die Abwicklung unkompliziert und die Arbeiten wurden innerhalb von einer Woche erledigt. Fazit: Super Qualität zu einem guten Preis!!

Es wurde zuverlässig und sauber gearbeitet! Warmwasser sprudelte wieder an allen 3 Leitungen und mit Photos wurde mir die Erledigung des Auftrages mitgeteilt! 😁👍
