At the helm of the Bristol's kitchens since April 2023, Christophe Pagnot is bringing a breath of fresh air to the restaurant of this historic address, appreciated for its chic, authentic and friendly atmosphere. He revisits the classics of French gastronomy with influences from Asia, Latin and the French islands. The Côté Square restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, for lunch and dinner, with two different concepts: - At lunchtime each week a different menu with vegetarian options, served in less than an hour with 3 formulas at unique prices (CHF 44.- / CHF 54.- / CHF 66.- with complimentary mineral water, coffee or tea). - For dinner, a seasonal menu with 4 set menus and favourites with live music from Tuesday to Saturday evenings in the Bar. I stopped by for some drinks during happy hour and was surprised by the amazing terrace in the back! I didn't know about it when I decided to visit and loved the modern but easy going ambiance. While I didn't order food, everything I saw looked fresh, delicious, and carefully made. I will definitely come back and will have to make time for dinner!
