Psychological counselling I have been working in psychology, clinical sexology and couple counselling since 2008. I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK and Switzerland. I use a 3rd wave cognitive-behavioural approach, aiming for mutually defined solutions within a minimal time frame. Whilst I acknowledge and explore each person's origins and shaping influences from their past, my focus is on "the here and now" with the potential of future improvements. Having lived in various countries and having a mixed cultural heritage, I am comfortable working with people of all ages, cultures and sexual orientations. rendez-vous avec le Dr LIU De pour traiter mon problème d’insomnie qui durait depuis 6 ans. Suite au premier rendez-vous, ces douleurs avaient disparues, comme si ma fracture n’avait jamais existé. J’ai retrouvé petit à petit de l’énergie. Mon état général s’est vite amélioré et des changements, visibles également par l’entourage, sont apparus. Après 6 mois de traitement, mes nuits se sont considérablement améliorées. Je me réveille toujours un peu trop tôt, mais mon sommeil est beaucoup plus profond, réparateur et n’est plus, ou presque plus, entrecoupé par des réveils nocturnes. Le Dr Liu De sait écouter et comprendre ce dont j’ai besoin pour faire avancer ma guérison et a même su me soigner d’autres maux dont je ne lui avais pas spécifiquement parlé.
