At the Gilde Restaurant, we'll spoil you with Swiss and Graubünden cuisine from the past and present, presented freshly and boldly, accompanied by classics from nouvelle cuisine. Wherever possible, we use products from our region or Switzerland in our creations. Tradition, regionality, classics, and the modern are skillfully combined here. The hotel has 13 rooms. Freundlich, gutes Brot, feine Patisserie. Man findet fast alles, viele regionale Produkte und einige selbstgemachte Delikatessen im Glas.

Das Essen ist schön angerichtet und fein. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Gäste anständig und gut gelaunt. Der Chef ist ein emotionaler schlagfertiger Herzensmensch. Die Lokalität ist schön und fast immer voll. Leckerstes Brot und verführerische Süssigkeiten. Ich komme immer wieder.
