Das Restaurant ist sehr frequentiert, hat Ambience. Für mich sind die Tische zu nahe gestellt und es lenkt vom Gespräch ab, da ein emsiges Treiben herrscht.unser Tisch war in der Mitte.sonst top !!

The Central Hotel Wolter is located in the centre of the chalet village of Grindelwald – surrounded by the glorious glacier and Alpine world of the Jungfrau Region. The 39 rooms and 10 apartmentsin the Chalet Central (directly behind the hotel) have all been furnished in attractive Alpine design. Most rooms have their own balcony with views of the surrounding snow-capped summits. rooms include satellite TV, radio, telephone, hair dryer, minibar and safe. Our newly renovated à la carte restaurant offers a modern, relaxed and inviting ambience, and serves international cuisine as well as traditional specialities. The heatable terrace – open in winter as well as summer – invites you to linger. For resident guests, our breakfast and half-board dinner restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel. Guests can relax in the lobby, read a range of newspapers free of charge and enjoy access to high-speed internet. The Central Hotel Wolter also has an attractive private room" for events such as seminars, banquets and family celebrations. The central location of our hotel makes it an ideal departure point for excursions, hikes, skiing and a leisurely stroll through Grindelwald. The hotel is only 100 metres from the railway station and sports centre and is situated directly opposite the bus station. With so much on offer at the Central Hotel Wolter – staying at home is never a holiday option.

We spent a week there with our children. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Nice room with a view towards Eigernordwand. For skiing: Bus stop is near. Also train station (Kleine Scheidegg or Männlichen) just ten minutes walking distance.

Die Pizza war so köstlich und der Service war hervorragend, ich kann den Laden nur loben.

Jederzeit für eine Auszeit perfekt. Erholung pur. Wunderschöne Location, kulinarisch wunderbar, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne immer wieder!!

Durch einen Tipp von einem Kollegen haben wir im Marmite das Super-Buffet mit der riesigen Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten kennengelernt. Die Bedienung war zudem auch sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Restaurant ist von der Hauptstrasse nicht gut ersichtlich. Gut gegessen. Wir waren die einzige Europäer unter Chinesischen.
