Due to the spectacular view of the Fee Gorge and the unusual nature and exquisite furnishing style, our restaurant was given the fitting name ‘Zer Schlucht’. Our head chef Andrea Hinder and her team prepare all of our dishes in-house, fresh and mainly using regional products. Every quarter we create a new menu for you to be inspired by our current menu and stimulate your imagination and palate. With its 15 unique rooms, Hotel La Gorge in Saas-Fee offers an exclusive holiday experience in the glacier paradise of Saas-Fee. Each room has its own individual charm. Whether sleeping like a princess in the Tower Suite, feeling at home in the simple Standard Double Room, bathing in the Jacuzzi at a dizzying height or relaxing with a massage, Hotel La Gorge leaves you with impressive memories. Nous étions 9 personnes ce samedi de forte affluence et avions réservé pour le service de 14 heures. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et avons apprécié le sourire, la sympathie et la compétence de l’équipe au service. Quant à la cuisine, ce fut parfait ! Bravo et merci à l’équipe du Carrefour ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons.

The Auberge de Savièse is a restaurant located in the heart of the picturesque Pâquis district, right next to the Cornavin train station and Lake Geneva. Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the Gruyère region for over half a century. You will find at the Auberge de Savièse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes, such as the Raclette, the Moitié-Moitié fondue (50% Gruyère AOP & 50% Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), the homemade cheese fondue 100% Gruyère AOP, the goat cheese fondue but also the Bourguignonne, Savièsarde or Chinese fondues. The Auberge de Savièse also offers two dishes of the day (at noon) and a varied menu.
