CORPUS Architecture Urbanisme

THE STRENGTH OF A SUSTAINABLE AND DESIRABLE VISION

CORPUS is an architectural practice established over twenty years ago in French-speaking Switzerland, which sees architecture and urban planning as disciplines that go beyond the simple act of building. Each of our projects is a response to issues that are part of a long-term, shared territory. By virtue of their location and lifespan, all the buildings we produce convey collective aspirations and bear witness to today's society for future generations. The architectural approach is based on clarifying and raising awareness of the issues inherent in each project. CORPUS adopts a broad approach, placing reflection at the heart of its work. By carrying out an in-depth assessment, the architects identify fundamental issues such as long-term quality of use, urban integration and environmental requirements. Each project is a tailor-made response to its own specific challenges, in a constant quest for authenticity and excellence. With a multidisciplinary team based on a responsible and collaborative vision, the architects at CORPUS are committed to offering architecture that focuses on people, through emblematic, functional and sustainable projects. The firm's architectural practice covers a wide range of areas, from the construction of contemporary villas, residential buildings and public programmes to the conversion and renovation of heritage properties in French-speaking Switzerland. CORPUS sees each project as an opportunity to push back the boundaries of what is possible, to create meaning and meet the most ambitious expectations, and to play a key role in the architectural dialogue of the greater Geneva area. Are you an individual looking to build or renovate your property? Do you represent a private or public organisation and are planning to build, convert or enhance a building? Noma Immobilien und Verwaltung AG

Hinterhostattstrasse 6, 6376 Emmetten
About Noma real estate agency

Noma Immobilien und Verwaltung AG was founded in Engelberg in 1973 by Noldi Würsch and Max Albert Krucker, initially focusing on the sale of holiday and second homes in Nidwalden and Obwalden. In the 1980s, the company expanded its activities to include residential and commercial properties as well as its own construction activities as a general contractor. By the end of the 1990s, numerous projects had been completed in Engelberg, Emmetten, Kriens and Seelisberg in collaboration with a partner architect, supplemented by initial management mandates. At the turn of the millennium, the company became wholly owned by Max and Maria Josefa Krucker. With the opening of the Stans branch (in 2003), the company began to focus clearly on real estate brokerage and services, expanding its catchment area to cover the whole of Central Switzerland. The arrival of the next generation – Steven and Daniel Krucker – brought additional expertise in planning, conversion and marketing via new media. The family structure and broad experience enable personalised and efficient customer service. In 2016, the Stans branch was closed and Emmetten has been the main location ever since. To mark its 50th anniversary, the company was gradually handed over to Steven Krucker from 2023 onwards. We are happy to advise and assist you in German, English, French, and Spanish.
