Excellents conseils, PV après chaque réunion de chantier, suivi quotidien du chantier et relations étroite avec les maîtres d’état. A le soucis de répondre aux attentes du client et soigne l’esthétique en prêtant une attention particulière à l’utilisation de l’objet rénové/construit. Suivi régulier des dépenses avec clients. Très bonne réactivité lors d’imprévus.

Un architecte coordonne une centaine de métiers différents, soit autant de connaissances approfondies dans tous ces métiers de l'artisanat afin de mener le projet d'une vie à bien. En plus de ce puit de savoir, j'ai découvert cette semaine la philosophie de Stéphane Masini fondateur de Masini Studio. Un homme soucieux du détails, à la recherche de solutions innovantes, mêlant créativité et ergonomie, valorisant les artisans locaux tout en mettant le client au centre de ses préoccupations. En témoigne la qualité du projet présenté sur son site et les feedback élogieux de sa clientèle.
