Our animals are accompanied by us to the butcher in the neighboring village. Short transport routes and no waiting time at the butcher are very important to us! The meat is always frozen, unless we specify it as fresh (shortly after slaughter). In addition to our range of vegetables, we also offer a Demeter-certified organic line, produced with love and passion by the Horath family from Lengwil.
