Our restaurant The Garden on the Lake is a contemporary restaurant located on the side of Lake Geneva , overlooking the port of Tour-de-Peilz. When the weather is nice, we will particularly appreciate being able to eat in peace on the beautiful terrace bordered by the gardens of Hotel Bon-Rivage with a view of the lake and the Alps . The menu of the restaurant offers a varied choice of dishes that evolves between tradition and creativity. We prepare our dishes with care using the products of our vegetable garden. We also highlight the fish Lake Geneva, caught the day. You can enjoy oysters , perch fillets, lake fish , vegetables from the garden, risotto, quality meats and much more. Je vais régulièrement au Resto de la Gare à Cully quand bien même il y a beaucoup d’autres opportunités gastronomiques dans la région. Le cadre est chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique et la nourriture excellente. Ce restaurant a une « âme » et on s’y sent bien. De plus, le rapport prix/qualité est très correct. Bravo JLV. Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux , Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations. The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The winery Union Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt.
