Unsere Gruppe vom 100er-Club FC Winterthur wurde in Zandone bestens betreut, informiert und verwöhnt. Beeindruckt waren wir vom Barriquekeller mit dem theatralisch aufgemachten Cheminée mit echtem Feuer, dem informativen Museum, natürlich der modernen Produktion und nicht zuletzt dem sorgfältig betreuten Reifelager für den Aceto balsamico. Die liebevoll gestaltete Degustation bildete den krönenden Abschluss. Beim anschliessenden Diner in der Botega del Vino in Locarno war das Team dort für eine nahtlose Fortsetzung des gelungenen Anlasses besorgt.

Prima volta ieri sera in questo ristorante essendo amanti della carne. In due abbiamo preso le baby ribs alla bbq, una USA steak da 500gr, 300 gr di tartare di Angus e patatine fritte. tutti i piatti di carne erano guarniti con contorni e condimenti ed erano spaziali: le ribs tenerissime, la bistecca rosa ma non al sangue che si scioglieva in bocca, per non parlare della tartare, gustosissima. oltre alla carne che è assolutamente di prima qualità, vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff altamente competente, tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti. alla fine abbiamo preso una mousse al pistacchio ed una al ferrero rocher entrambe gustose ma non stucchevoli e poi ci hanno omaggiato di un sorbetto al limone artigianale, anch'esso davvero buonissimo. la loro birra weiss è molto corposa e non amara. Complimenti a tutti, dai proprietari, ai cuochi, allo staff di sala. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare tutto il menu, quindi non cambiate nulla! Grazie per la piacevolissima serata! Laura

PASTA SIMONA ist eine Offenbarung! Wer einmal davon gekostet hat, riskiert, süchtig zu werden. Süchtig nach einem Produkt, das bekannte, grosse und Produzenten von Teigwaren alt aussehen lässt. SIMONA kann es sich leisten, dank überragender Qualität aufgrund altbewährter Herstellungsverfahren (z.B. sehr langsames trocknen) ein Produkt herzustellen, das sich geschmacklich und durch seine aussergewöhnliche Kochfestigkeit von seinen Konkurrenten deutlich abhebt. Meine Familie lernte das Pastawunder vor über dreissig Jahren während eines Urlaubs im Tessin kennen und zählt mittlerweilen zur eingeschworenen Gemeinschaft der Süchtigen.
