I graduated in 1988 from the former STS, now known as SUPSI, receiving the Maraini and Schindler awards for the highest grades. From 1988 until '93, I worked for several architectural firms in Canton Ticino. In 1993, at the age of 28, I decided to start my own practice. Over the years, I have completed numerous projects, the vast majority for private clients, including single-family homes (new builds or renovations), duplexes, apartment buildings, as well as some public establishments such as bars and shops. I personally oversee the work from design to building delivery. I also provide real estate appraisals for banks, public entities, and private clients. Additionally, I offer project management services for third parties. The decision to open my own studio has proven successful, as it has allowed me to enjoy the freedom that independence offers – freedom of time, choices, opinions, and ideas. During these years, I have developed excellent working relationships, and later friendships, with many individuals. I'm referring to my collaborators, craftsmen, and also my clients, with whom I have remained in contact even after the completion of projects. Despite the undeniable challenges, being an architect is a beautiful profession that I pursue with pleasure, enthusiasm, and professionalism!

The structure of the Centro Cadro Panoramica is beautifully set in the greenery and enjoys a magnificent view of the city of Lugano, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In this peaceful location, just 5 km from the center of Lugano, we rent around 100 furnished apartments of various sizes and styles. Our complex includes a swimming pool with garden, two indoor tennis courts with two squash courts, six outdoor tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a small children’s playground, all in excellent condition. In addition, there is the “Grottino” restaurant which offers pizza and other culinary specialities. RUSTICS: In typical Ticino style, we have nine houses with apartments and studios of different sizes and furnishings. MAIN BUILDING: In the main building we have 40 studio apartments, most of which have a balcony with spectacular views of Lugano and the lake. RESIDENCE: In the residence we have 20 apartments from 1 ½ to 3 ½ rooms, including parking space in the garage.

I graduated as an SSS Federal Podiatrist from the Professional Sociosanitary Medical-Technical Center in Lugano. I speak both Italian (native speaker) and Spanish (advanced level). My podiatry practice is located at 3 Old Canal Street, Agno. Inside my office I have created a welcoming, clean and professional space in which to receive my patients. It is designed to provide easy access for people with different abilities and equipped with a bathroom that meets all the necessary standards to ensure safety and comfort. My job as a podiatrist is to advise and indicate the most appropriate therapy for each individual patient after achieving a thorough evaluation and history.
