Sono un operatore socio sanitario O.S.S. da quasi 20 anni. Quando si parla di una famiglia tutti devono sentirsi veramente bene considerando la posizione che si occupa, rispettare il valore di ogni persona per permettere all'anziano, all'ospite, al paziente di non sentirsi giudicato, ma, principalmente rispettato e compreso, vivere nella loro casa provvisoria il meglio della loro vita.
