As a trained family support worker , personal contact and caring for people have always been very important to me. At a young age, I completed my training as a certified foot care specialist and have been providing professional foot care services ever since. Even while my children were young, I continued working in medical and wellness foot care , gaining valuable experience over the years. Later on, my interest in massage therapy grew, and I completed training in classic massage and energetic massage . I strongly believe that massage, foot care, and proper nutrition play a crucial role in overall health and well-being. A holistic approach helps promote relaxation, recovery, and long-term vitality.
