I send a rug to be cleaned, it came back with the same dirt spots and l had to pay CH 242.00 for the “work”. I would not recommend this place.

Très beau cabinet, propre, acceuil chaleureux, les dentistes et les hygiénistes sont professionels et rassurants.

Lors de mon passage, j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer Madame Roselli Mélanie, qui a su être à l'écoute, très professionnelle et flexible, elle ma vraiment arranger dans mes démarches et faciliter la tâche. Je recommande L'atelier/crèche/école-enfantine au Landeron qui selon moi et après plusieurs expériences ailleurs est la meilleure structure actuellement dans le village.

Un autre cabinet oeuvrant à Yverdon et Ste-Croix a refusé de recevoir une chatte en souffrance parce que pas "cliente" chez eux. C'est le terme utilisé. Chez Vetopassion, cela n'a pas été un obstacle. Un énorme merci pour la gentillesse de l'équipe malgré une très grosse charge évidente de travail. Il a fallu euthanasier Chouïa, c'était assez évident, et cela s'est fait dans la douceur et le respect. Une vétérinaire infiniment gentille et empathique. Merci mille fois.
