Après 23 ans nous avons demandé à M. Berteloot et sa petite équipe de retapisser notre suite- canapé, voltaire et fauteuil; plus une chaise voltaire additionnelle, le tout dans un tissu qui se marie parfaitement avec l’ameublement du salon. Les résultats étaient et dépassaient même la hauteur de nos espérances. Le projet était parfaitement suivi, et les délais tenus. Le prix tout-à-fait correcte pour des meubles en bois massifs. Il est important de soulever que M. Berteloot s’est entouré d’une petite équipe très professionnelle, avec une solide expérience de plusieurs décennies dans la tapisserie; et ceci sur plusieurs continents. Les 3 autres entreprises qui sont venues chez-moi m'ont dit de tout remplacer, alors qu'il et possible de remplacer que le filet défectueux ! Donc refaire des trous dans l'isolation etc. etc.. C'est vraiment top de pouvoir faire ce travail malgré qu'elles avaient été posée en 2008. Bravo

I started to learn sewing from Nathalie 3 years ago. I was totally a beginner but with her patience with me, I have done a few projects with her and I am really happy with my journey. It was a great experience and today I can do simple projects on my own. I have also purchased a Elna machine from her so whenever I have an issue with my machine I can count on Nathalie’s support!
