Charlotte remembered how invigorated she felt as a child when she drank from that juice each time. Her grandmother always claimed that this juice would even revive old and tired people with energy. Charlotte called her idea into being and gradually began to use it. By selling fruits and ginger juices, Charlotte was able to earn enough money to finance her education. As an adult woman, she felt the urge to share her culinary creations of fruits and juices with the world around her. She founded Nipok's Ginger in the small Swiss village of Oetwil am See in hopes that her products would one day be available around the world. Today, Nipok's Ginger operates in Europe and in North America. We focus on the production of exotic foods. These are specialties that we have discovered all over the world. Our wide range of products includes jams, syrups, dried fruits and candies.
