Espace MT / David Lynch Foundation Office in Geneva-Carouge is led by Leonard Stein, a certified Transcendental Meditation instructor since 1980. Espace MT offers Transcendental Meditation courses in small groups, private sessions (VIP format), or in companies. In just a few sessions, Leonard teaches you the technique, which you will then practice independently—ideally once in the morning and once in the evening. Ongoing support and coaching are provided to ensure the best long-term results. Transcendental Meditation , rooted in the wisdom of ancient India, is a simple, natural, and effortless mental technique suitable for everyone. It is practiced sitting comfortably with eyes closed, and does not involve concentration, observation, or control of the mind.
