Je connaissais la qualité du travail de M. Horner depuis plusieurs années, car après une infection aux punaises de lit éradiquée en 2013 j’ai plusieurs fois fait appel à lui pour des détections préventives. Je suis heureuse de l’avoir retrouvé à Detectdog. Hier il a inspecté deux appartements, le mien et celui de mes parents - heureusement, pas de traces de punaises. Intervention impeccable: réponse immédiate, service le matin même de mon appel, travail ultra propre et professionnel. M. Horner est un professionnel qui aime son travail et ses chiens, et qui donne toutes les explications (passionnantes!) sur le processus de détection, la formation des chiens et leur efficacité incroyable. Son caractère très humain, respectueux et sympathique est un “plus” qui ajoute encore à la qualité parfaite de son intervention. On a choisi la formule Zumba Kids party STAR pour notre petite princesse de 7 ans. Ce fut, de loin, le meilleur anniversaire du monde (et de la Galaxie). Viviane est absolument géniale. Animation, déco, organisation, petits cadeaux... C'était paaaaarfait ! Merci pour ce moment magique. Notre fille est rentrée avec plein d'étoiles dans les yeux et veut revenir pour ses 8 ans :-)
