Am Freitag, 17.12. haben wir uns bei der Firma Marschall gemeldet, weil das Schloss unserer Wohnungstüre "lahmte". Wir glaubten den Ohren nicht zu trauen, als der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sagte, dass er gleich bei uns vorbeikomme, um zu sehen, was er machen könne. 20 Minuten später stand Herr R. vor unserer Türe. Er schaute sich das Schloss an und erkannte sofort, dass eine Feder gebrochen war. Spontan machte er sich an die Arbeit, baute das Schloss aus und fuhr zurück, um das nötige Material zu besorgen. Der junge Fachmann kehrte mit dem nötigen Material zurück, baute das Schloss innert kürzester Zeit ein und wir konnten wieder beruhigt unsere Eingangstüre wieder schliessen. Mein Mann und ich waren äusserst zufrieden mit der sehr guten Arbeit und dem Umgang Ihres tollen Mitarbeiters. Wir haben grosses Glück gehabt und werden Ihre Firma jedem weiter empfehlen.
