Our animals are accompanied by us to the butcher in the neighboring village. Short transport routes and no waiting time at the butcher are very important to us! The meat is always frozen, unless we specify it as fresh (shortly after slaughter). In addition to our range of vegetables, we also offer a Demeter-certified organic line, produced with love and passion by the Horath family from Lengwil. In our farm shop, you’ll find fresh, homemade bread daily, and on weekends we also offer delicious braided bread (Zopf). Feel free to pre-order to ensure availability. Our homemade dessert selection changes weekly and includes various delicious cakes, pies, layered desserts, and cookies. We are not sea food eaters, but still chef Benninger was able to surprise us with an excellent variety of food from the earth. The beef duo is something we will come to experience again soon. Prices are very modest for such an excellent cuisine. I totally recommend and will visit again. Thank you chef and team!

Die Speisen regional saisonal zubereitet und sehr schön angerichtet. Auch das Brot, das zu den Speisen gereicht wird hervorragend. Schöne Weinkarte. Auch die Desserts sind liebevoll zubereitet.
