The plumbing, heating, and roofing company Arthur Riesen AG was acquired by Daniel von Mühlenen in 2003 and transformed into Riesen Building Technology AG. Riesen Building Technology AG took over all 3 employees. Son Andres successfully completed his first apprenticeship as a roofer at LWB in Bern in 2006. After his apprenticeship in 2007 as a plumbing installer at Chapuis & Zürcher AG in Bern, he deepened his professional knowledge for another year. In 2010, Andres successfully obtained his 3rd Federal professional title as a heating specialist in building technology planning at Haustechnikplanung Abbühl in Spiez. To gain further professional experience, he also worked at Böhlen AG in Bern. In 2010, Andres joined the company at 40%. Since 2012, he has been acting as managing director. He is supported by his dedicated, long-standing plumbing and heating installers as well as a trained roofer. Das Familienunternehmen wurde im Jahre 1951 in Thun von Hans Blatti gegründet. Anfangs der 70er Jahren bezog Hans Blatti mit seinen Mitarbeitern den heutigen Standort in Uetendorf an der Uttigenstrasse 56. 1985 wurde aus dem Einzelunternehmen Hans Blatti die Blatti AG. Im gleichen Jahr hat Hansueli Blatti die Blatti AG übernommen. Seit 2016 ergänzt Simon Blatti als zuständiger für den Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau die Blatti AG. The context in which we operate influences our approach to the project in a decisive way. To produce appropriate design proposals, we believe it essential to take into account the urban fabric and the morphological properties of the landscape. By drawing on architectural models of the past, understood as typological references for formal and composition purposes, we identify a theme connecting the context to our design proposal. The basic idea behind each of our works always stems from the interpretation of a way of living and experiencing space in a given context, both physically and trough social interaction.
