Our animals are accompanied by us to the butcher in the neighboring village. Short transport routes and no waiting time at the butcher are very important to us! The meat is always frozen, unless we specify it as fresh (shortly after slaughter). In addition to our range of vegetables, we also offer a Demeter-certified organic line, produced with love and passion by the Horath family from Lengwil. In our farm shop, you’ll find fresh, homemade bread daily, and on weekends we also offer delicious braided bread (Zopf). Feel free to pre-order to ensure availability. Die Metzgerei zeichnet sich durch ausgezeichnete Fleischqualität aus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt tolle Tips. Wir machen die Spare Rips seit dem auf dem Grill nun immer mit offenem Deckel und um die 40 min. So schmecken sie noch besser!
