Hatten in den Ferien eine Panne. Wohin mit dem Suzuki? Natürlich zur Garage ValSole. An einem Freitag hat nicht jeder Freude, wenn man kurz vor Feierabend mit einer Panne vorbei kommt. Aber das war kein Thema, wurde freundlich empfangen und beraten. Konnte am Montag vormittag unsere „Perle“ wieder abholen. Alles TipTop erledigt, wurde über die getätigten Arbeiten aufgeklärt und das sehr transparent. Bin mehr als nur zufrieden. Ieri sera alle 18.00 scivolando ho rotto incisivo sinistro e segnato il destro. Quale dentista scegliere? Dopo aver preso spunto anche dal sito SSO (società svizzera odontoiatri) ho scelto quello che oltre ad avere ottime recensioni avesse un sito serio, chiaro, ordinato, comprensibile e con pubblicati tanti lavori fatti. Uno studio aperto già alle 7.30 di mattina raggiungibile in WhatsApp per me oggi è sinonimo di disponibilità nei confronti dei pazienti Inoltre dalle foto pubblicate traspariva meticolosità e attenzione ai dettagli nonché particolare attenzione all'estetica del dente. Ecco quindi che alle 7.15 di questa mattina ho mandato una foto e un messaggio descrivendo brevemente l'accaduto. Alle 7.25 mi ha fissato appuntamento e alle 8.30 il dente era già ricostruito e più bello dell'originale. Che dire? Io non posso che dare 5 stelle

Our Multidisciplinary Team is able to offer the following services: • Conservative and aesthetic dentistry • Endodontics and endodontic surgery • Fixed and removable protection • Oral surgery and periodontology • Implantology • Pedodontics • Oral engineering and profiling • Emergency service • 3D radiology • Anesthesia and sedation • Home Dental Care (Portable Unit) Dr. Cristiano Savioli, SMDR Health Manager - SSO and OMDCT member -, coordinates the Team of 14 people including 3 additional dentists (Dr.ssa Francesca Bruno - Dr.ssa Marina Nogic - Dr. Claudio Musati), 3 dental hygienists , 1 chair assistant, 5 chair assistants and 1 chair assistant in training. The Regional Dental Medical Service - SAM is the dental medicine center of the region which operates in agreement with the 14 Municipalities of Mendrisiotto. Bei mir stand schon lange eine komplette Zahnsanierung an.Eine solche grosse & längerfristige Behandlung will gut überlegt sein.Ein gewisses Vertrauen in den behandelnden Arzt/Ärztin & für mich persönlich,eine Durchführung in deutschser Sprache waren oberste Priorität. Diese Voraussetzungen waren zu 100% von Anfang an vorhanden.Die ganze Behandlung: perfekt vorbereitet, organisiert & ich wurde immer über alle Details der Massnahme bestens informiert. Wirklich alles tip top!Die Zusammenarbeit im Praxisteam inklusive dem Zahntechniker:professionell,was deutlich spürbar war & ebenfalls zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf beitrug.Die Freundlichkeit, Ruhe & das Verständnis aller Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls wichtige Bestandteile, um sich gut aufgehoben fühlen zu können.Man wird nicht als "Nummer xy" abgefertigt, wie es leider sehr oft auch in vielen anderen Praxen ist,sondern als individuellen Patienten behandelt!Die Praxis hat Bestnote zu 100% verdient& ich kann sie bestens weiterempfehlen!
