Monsieur Forneris est très à l’écoute, respectueux avec une excellente prise en charge, il aussi un très bon suivi de traitement. Quand je vais faire une infiltration, l’infirmière, Madame Djamilla Filali m’offre un très bon accueil, apaise mes peurs des piqûres, me réconforte,je me sens écoutée et respectée . Je l’ai remercie vraiment beaucoup . Je ne peux que les recommander.15. Je suis reçue à l'accueil par une dame qui a été très à l'écoute, elle s'est rapidement occupée des papiers administratifs pour me permettre d'aller en salle d'attente. Très rapidement, une infirmière est venue me chercher pour la consultation Avec la doctoresse. Une fois de plus, le personnel médical a été d'une grande gentillesse, et à l'écoute. Je me suis sentie rassurée et entre de bonnes mains. Je tiens à remercier cette équipe médicale formidable, pleine de bienveillance.25.
