At Verbier Language School our aim is to get you out and about and using a language you’re learning as soon as possible. We offer small group (maximum 8 students) and private classes for all levels, for children and adults, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with fun, professional teachers. Our group classes are ideal if you want to focus on your conversational skills, or if you’re looking for something more specific or would like to work towards an exam, we can organise private classes. If you’re a beginner , our classes cover a wide range of useful topics in collaboration with some basic grammar to help you understand how the language works. After the classes you will have the confidence to order food, ask for information and directions, make appointments, fill in forms, and most importantly, talk to others. For our intermediate and advanced students , we cover the topics in more depth and encourage you to use a wider range of vocabulary and tenses. If you prefer private lessons , we can organise them whenever and wherever you want; at school, at home, in a restaurant, or even on the ski slopes! A 15-minute walk from the station and city center, in the countryside, stands Villa Selva. This small hotel in the middle of the 20th century, still managed by the same family, it has retained the atmosphere of a typical and cozy private house Ticino. The panoramic view over Lugano mountains, the romantic garden with camellias, palm trees, chestnut trees, the American grape pergola and a splendid swimming pool accentuate the charm. The newly renovated rooms, equipped with private bathroom, reflect the character and style of a private residence, very cozy in their simplicity. Most rooms have views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is served in the dining room with large windows and sun-kissed. The highlight of the hotel is the passion for good food combined with tradition: the memory plates and heart, those who would like to try in your own home and do not do more. The use of high quality ingredients and cooking methods measured guide us in all preparations of appetizers, fresh pasta, seconds, until our ice cream sweet tooth.

Associazione Cinofila Security Dog School is a canine school based in Giubiasco that uses a modern and effective approach to dog training.
