Sehr gastfreundliche Bedienung mit viel Herz in einem tollen Ambiente. Innovative Speiesekarte mit Sainsonaler Abwechslung. Und dann erst im im Sommer auf der Terasse unter den Weinreben, einfach Top. Klein aber fein mit 5⭐️ Einfach geniessen und sich verwöhnen lassen. Beste Empfehlung von mir

Ich habe dieses Restaurant besucht und ich war Sehr Positiv überrascht wie sauber und organisiert die Mitarbeiter arbeiten. Und noch wichtiger wie gut das essen vorbereitet wurde, für den Magen sowohl auch für das auge Lecker. Wird nicht mein letztes mal sein, weiter so!

I started my training in Portugal and then moved to Switzerland! I had the opportunity to work in many fine places such as St. Moritz at the Kulm Hotel as Chef, and in Ticino at the Hotel Navegna in Minusio. In 2012 I finally had a great opportunity, namely to open my own restaurant together with my wife Camita. Die Hüft - OP am 8.10.24 ist hervorragend gelaufen, ein herzliches Dankeschön an Prof. Dr. Leunig, der mir meine Angst nehmen konnte und sein Team! Insgesamt verlief der Aufenthalt mehr als positiv, hier trifft Menschlichkeit auf Engagement & Fachwissen in allen Bereichen! DANKE.

Wir trafen relativ kurz vor Schliessung der Küche ein, wurden jedoch herzlich empfangen und das Essen und der Wein waren ausgezeichnet.

Staglio is an artisanal "pizza al taglio" take-away store based in Lugano, Switzerland. The "pizza al taglio" (pizza by the slice or, more accurately, pizza by the cut) is a particular kind of pizza originating from Rome, baked in a rectangular tray, garnished with a potentially infinite variety of toppings, and cut in slices with scissors. We use only fresh, high quality ingredients: pomodori pelati San Marzano DOP, mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, seasonal fresh vegetables, artisanal cheeses, chemicals free cold cuts. Our product has a long dough maturation time (48h) and this, in addition to the high content in water (80%), makes the product extremely light and easy to digest. On our counter you'll always find something vegan or vegetarian, in addition to pizza with meat, fish or cheese.
