Some of our vegetables, herbs and salads are sourced from our organic market garden in Glattfelden, the meat is Swiss and the fish is sustainably farmed. We cook seasonally and make sure to use regional as well as organic products. Pendant cet confinement dans la restauration on a essaye a nouveau notre restaurant favori puisque maintenant ils font des plats a l'emporter , on a choisi un bœuf bourguignon .... Un vrai regal! la viande fondante, la puree de pommes de terre avec ce petit gout de beurre, les legumes croquants et savoureux, bref de la cuisine faite avec amour , et le tout couronne par deux verrines , une aux vermicelles-creme-meringues et l'autre poire-creme-beure sale... a se réveiller la nuit !. Merci pou l'excellent repas . BRAVO!!
