Wir hatten schon einiges über das Zollhaus gehört, und wollten am Muttertag am Mittag die Probe aufs Exempel machen, und hatten für zwei Personen einen Tisch reserviert. Wie vermutet, war das Restaurant, unseres Erachtens, ausgebucht. Auf der Terrasse wurde nicht bedient. Wir gehen davon aus, daß die Inhaber Qualität vor Quantität stellten, und dazu unseren größten Respekt. Um es kurz zu machen, wir waren sowohl vom Service als auch vom kulinarischen Gaumenschmaus begeistert. Es stimmte einfach alles. Trotz " vollem" Restaurant war eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Keine Hektik, kein Streß, keine lange Wartezeiten, und ein extrem freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Der Küche gebührt ein ganz besonderes Lob, denn die Speisen wurden sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich, auf gehobenem Niveau zelebriert, und das bei vollem Haus. Dazu können wir nur gratulieren.
