Mein Hausarzt hat mich betreffend Nierenproblemen zu einer Kontrolluntersuchung angemeldet. Schon wenige Tage nach der Anmeldung wurde ich angerufen und man gab mir einen kurzfristigen Termin. Der Ablauf der Untersuchung war für mich wirklich hervorragend. Bin als Patient sehr ernst genommen worden, wurde sehr genau aufgeklärt und umfassen orientiert. Da bei der Untersuchung noch ein Verdacht in eine andere Richtung auftrat, wurd auch diese Untersuchung noch durchgeführt. Das Schlussgespräch war sehr verständlich. Was mich aber berührte, war der sehr angenehme Umgang zwischen der Aerztin, dem Untersuchungspersonal und mir als Patienten. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege beim Spital Interlaken sehr bedanken.
