About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. For pizza enjoyment that simply does you good. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes. In addition to our passion for good food, we also care about health and well-being in general. We cooperate with various yoga studios, support football clubs, support the Cancer League and offer space for creative courses. Durant le mois d’octobre, dédié à la chasse, et le mois de novembre, qui fait la part belle à la Saint-Martin, il sera possible de réserver sa table du jeudi au dimanche. En parallèle, l’établissement offre un service traiteur pour vos événements privés, professionnels ou de sociétés et autres. Apéritifs dinatoires, cocktails de réception, repas, etc. Nous confectionnons votre événement sur mesure, selon vos demandes ! Le restaurant est situé proche de grandes villes telles que Bâle ou Bienne grâce à la proximité de la gare de Delémont et aux routes principales (environ 40 minutes de voiture ou de train depuis Bâle ou Bienne). In our tea room, you’ll always find something delightful to accompany your coffee or dessert. In Frutal’s confectionery production, selected and exquisite sweets are crafted with great care and love every day of the week, using only the finest ingredients and best raw materials. In addition to rustic and semi-white bread, we bake many other delicious items for you every day. Pure spelt bread and gluten-free bread are also available. Our fine butter braided bread is offered in various sizes and shapes. For special occasions, our bakers also prepare oversized and custom-shaped loaves on request. We also bake a special party bread for you, consisting of multiple dough sections as desired, with or without seeds. Meringue Production Each year, we process 35,000 tons of sugar and 20,000 liters of egg whites into meringues. You can also visit our meringue production facility. The approximately one-hour tours are ideal for company events, clubs, group excursions, and more. For information and registration: Tel. 033 971 10 62. Duration: approx. 1 hour. From July to October, every Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m., we offer an experience for both guests and locals in cooperation with Haslital Tourism. Children and adults alike can register with Haslital Tourism to create their own meringues in the Frutal production facility. For information and registration: Tel. 033 971 10 62. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours.
