Why should I choose coaching with horses? Because horses and ponies touch us inside! We express our emotions through our bodily attitude, often even without us realizing it. Horses detect the slightest changes, because for them we speak through our bodily expression and not our verbal language. Our attitude, our posture and our gestures describe our inner feelings very precisely to the horse. During coaching, the horse acts as a mirror, because our body gives direct feedback on our inner attitude, thoughts and emotions. Horses therefore bring us closer to our feelings and help us see things more clearly.
