APPROACH

In Private : According to agreement, between 4 and 9 individual coaching sessions are to be scheduled. Prior to these sessions a contract is drawn up. It defines the financial terms, the location of sessions and expectations. An objective is established and regular progress reviews are carried out to validate the number of sessions.

In-company : Elaboration of the objectives of the approach with the coachee, the line manager and, if necessary, human resources. Drawing up an agreement stipulating the operating mode and shared objectives, as well as the number of individual sessions (between 3 and 9) and assessments (between 1 and 3) with the manager. Facilitation of sessions and assessments.

The first exploratory session is free of charge. It can take place by telephone, zoom/skype or face-to-face.
