ECAP is a non-commercial and non-profit adult education institute in Switzerland. Headquartered in Zurich, there are nine regional branches throughout Switzerland. With its courses, the intercultural organisation enables the education of migrants and employees in general, including those with little formal education. With more than 50,000 participants per year, ECAP is the second largest adult education institute in Switzerland – and the number one school for German and integration courses. ECAP Zurich offers a wide range of courses in German, vocational education and information technology. An up-to-date overview of our training offer can be found in our course programme : • Literacy courses • Basic courses German and Integration for newcomers • Intensive German courses • Extensive German courses: in the afternoon, in the evening and on Saturday • Niveaukurse: German on behalf of the city of Zurich • German in the municipalities • Branch-specific German / Building trade and gastronomy • Labour market measures on behalf of the AWA • Computer science courses • Italian language courses • Professional training for electricians • ADEFA, Training course for course leaders in the field of integration (Sveb 1) and fide modules • Intercultural interpreting, modules 1 and 2 of the Trialogue Course • ict@migrants: Project for the employment of qualified immigrant women in the ICT sector ECAP Zurich is an accredited examination center for telc, CELI, ECDL certifications and fide test.
