Keine Vertrauen und keine qualifizierte Team
Hanan Stirnimann 3 Rezensionen vor 1 Minute Neu Ich war bei Doctor Udo Werner im Mai . Ich war leider nicht begeistert und sehr enttäuscht , ich habe sicher 30 min gewartet.Sein Team braucht eine Umschulung was Kunden Service anbelangt (kein Feedback , keine Rückmeldung, die müssen auch alle Geräte prüfen ob sie funktionieren. erstmal die Krankenschwester soll den Puls messen dann läuft das Gerät etwas nicht , muss man nochmals probieren. Ich bin zum zweite Termin gekommen dann läuft das andere Gerät nicht d.h ich bin für nix gekommen und dann fahre ich wieder nach Zürich dann habe alle andere Termine telefonisch abgesagt.Vor 2 Wochen ruft mich die Ernährung Beraterin die keine Meldung bekommen von Praxis erhalten hat dass das Termin schon annulliert ist . Ich habe 2 emails geschrieben ( kein Feedback von Doctor Werner)und 5 anrufe kein Rückruf von Dr Werner. Sehr sehr schade um das Geld (Rechnung von 350sfr) .ich habe so etwas noch nicht in einer Praxis in der Schweiz erlebt.
