Worst costumer service ever
Bought a Haier washing machine but got damaged (under guarantee). Called the customer service, which is just a call center, to explain the problem and ask to send a technician, which never came and never called (as I was informed he/she would, and within 48 hours). Called the customer service 4 times in 3 weeks and ask for explanations: was told they are just a call center and that they cannot do more than forwarding the request. The refused to pass me the supervisor or give me a number of one of their technicians. And the end, they hung up on me. Wow that's really customer service. Maybe they should start remember the old motto "clients are always right".
