Dear Sir, I visited with my family from 01July '24 to 07 July '24 and stayed in Zurich Marriot. During my visit I opted for a tour to Jungfraujoch through portal Viator. The tour operator was "Best of Switzerland" on 3rd July '24. The guides named Ms Ping & Ms Carole( Bus no. 3). While in Glacier Plateau & Ice Palace between 12:45 - 3pm, my back pack was open from back and currency of CHF900 & Euro 500 along with a red raincoat ( marked Columbia) was stolen. I reported the matter immediately to the security in Jungfraujoch & tour operator, who shown less co-operation. Later after return I reported the matter to police at Zurich railway station. Though I had a reply but nothing was done. The CCTV footage was not scrutinized. My husband worked before in a company in Varese( Italy) and being in Switzerland many times and it was considered as a safe place. This incident not only gave bad experience about Switzerland but a bad name to such a beautiful country.
