Bin enttäuscht von meinem Haarschnitt. In knapp 40 Min. inkl.waschen, kann kein exakter Schnitt entstehen!! Kostenpunkt: Fr. 84.- Meine Haare wachsen sehr langsam, darum umso ärgerlicher das Ganze...😟
26 février 2021 | agnes.aI had the worst haircut and customer service experience of my life at this salon. I speak English and when I called I said I needed an English-speaking stylist. My appointment was with Corinne. I showed her a picture and told her that I wanted just a tiny bit of my hair trimmed and for her to layer it like the picture. She proceeded to just cut all of my hair off. Then, when I looked in the mirror and cried, she argued aggressively with me telling me I should be more clear. That is a horrible way to handle the situation. I told her just to trim it, she clearly didn't understand and was completely incompetent. She decided to just cut 5 inches off without my consent and then not only argued with me, but charged me full price: 81 francs. I've only had my hair cut by Vidal Sassoon trained hair stylists. This was listed as a Vidal Sassoon partner. What a joke. They are nowhere near the level of VS and VS should revoke this partnership.
