Unreachable and unreliable

I have been a patient of Monvia since 2021 and at the beginning it was ok. For 2 years now nothing works. I had a medical emergency back in Dec 2024 and called Monvia to get a gynecologist on an urgent basis. They didn’t even pick up so i had to find some other place. Been trying to get an appointment for a second opinion since then and finally i find a spot on March21st. They confirm my appointment, and the day before i get and email that they reject my appointment. I went to see them and been told that they rejected because they don’t have my papers. When i asked why didn’t they inform me that i need to bring the papers they just said that they tried to call. They literally cover their unrealiable services by calling in the middle of the working day when nobody is available these days and never answering back. Do not go to Monvia. This is not the kind of medical service that i expect when having private insurance!!
