Termin wurde von Montag auf Donnerstag verschoben. Gleiche Zeit. Wenn ich mich am Montag anmelde, heisst das, dass ich dann kommen will! Und dann sieht sie keine Spur von Schuld. Und tschüss für immer.

I booked an appointment and paid for it in advance, it was confirmed immediately. As my train was running 5 minutes lates, I called them that I will be 5 minutes late and a very rude woman told me that I cannot come because she has another customer at the same time. Quotation: " I'm making gel nails now so you cannot come". My appointment was just to paint nails so to be fair, so if she were in any way professional she would make it, excuse another customer for those 5 minutes and painted them. Not even mentioning my wasted time and money I spent for travelling there. What is very disturbing was a rude tone of this woman and she didn't apologise for her mistake. As can be seen from other reviews, this is not the first time. Kudos to Treatwell for handling this very professionally, I got my money back in a span of few minutes.
